Refund policy

You can try the Pro plan risk-free: for 14 days after your first purchase we refund the full amount, no questions asked.

Effective from 30 October 2026.

Who sells and issues refunds

The Pro plan (6 US$ per month or 60 US$ per year, plus tax depending on your country) is sold on behalf of Ominuvo by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle takes the payment, issues the receipt and refunds the money to the same card or account the payment came from. The Ominuvo service is provided by Komba Maciej Włodarczak, Bławatkowa 11, 62-080 Tarnowo Podgórne, Polonia, VAT ID PL7772882191, REGON 300831750.

14 days to get your money back

Within 14 days of your first payment for the Pro plan – monthly or yearly – you can ask for a full refund without giving a reason.
If you forget to cancel a yearly plan and the charge for the next year has gone through, write to us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it in full.
Charges for further months of a monthly plan are not refunded – you can cancel at any time, and Pro keeps working until the end of the paid period.
Regardless of these time limits, we refund double charges, payment errors and extended unavailability of the Service caused by us.

Consumers’ right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of concluding it. The 14-day refund described above covers this right – you do not need to make a separate statement or give a reason. The consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply unchanged.

How to request a refund

Write to us through the contact form or at contact@ominuvo.com. Include the email address of your Ominuvo account and, if you have it, the order number from your Paddle receipt.
You can also ask Paddle directly: at paddle.net (look up your order by email address) or by replying to your receipt email.
We reply within 3 business days. Paddle issues the refund as soon as it is approved; the money usually arrives within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens after a refund or cancellation

After a refund the subscription ends immediately and your account returns to the free plan.
After cancelling without a refund, Pro keeps working until the end of the paid period; then your account returns to the free plan.
Your maps are not deleted. The free plan limits apply again: you can add new maps and points once you are within the limits, and link-only maps can be published or deleted.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel your subscription in your account panel (the “Cancel subscription” link takes you to Paddle) or at paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period – no further payment is taken. Other payment rules are set out in the terms of service (section 6).
